What we collect
When you send a project or general enquiry through this website we collect the information you provide: your name, company, position, email address, phone number, project details and any documents you choose to attach (for example plans, scopes or programmes). We also record the page the enquiry was sent from, the page you arrived on and, where present, campaign parameters, so we understand how people find us.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess your enquiry, prepare a scope or quotation, respond to you and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the services. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Uploaded documents
Documents attached to an enquiry are stored securely on our website server, are not publicly accessible, and can only be downloaded by authorised 243SITE staff. They are deleted automatically after 90 days unless we are working with you on the project, in which case they may be retained as part of the project records.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location and how visitors arrived). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. We have disabled advertising features and do not use the data to identify individuals. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a browser extension without affecting your use of the site.
Spam protection
Our enquiry forms may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses interaction signals to distinguish people from automated submissions. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
